Calibrin-Z

first mode of action

Surface Activation

The surface of every Calibrin-Z particle has been activated during
production to maximize its ability to attract and sequester multiple
mycotoxins so they pass harmlessly out of the animal. This reduces their
bioavailability to the animal and diminishes their adverse effects on
animal performance.

second mode of action

Active Compounds

Calibrin-Z undergoes extensive processing to maximize the number of particles of active ingredient per dose. This dramatically increases the interaction of the enterosorbent and mycotoxin molecules in the gastrointestinal tract, which results in superior sequestration of the toxins. The chart below compares the relative particle count of leading mycotoxin binders.

Sorption Kinetics

Mycotoxins are rapidly absorbed and move quickly through the body.
Calibrin-Z has been engineered to rapidly sequester multiple mycotoxins.
Quickly reducing the bioavailability of mycotoxins lowers the amount
absorbed by the animal. This avoids the harmful effects of mycotoxicosis.
