Dr. Luiz Bier
Dr. Bier has over 20 years of Animal Health industry experience. His experience includes a wide range of functions and responsibilities from field technical services to management. Luiz Bier has served as a Veterinarian, responsible for the animal health in Broiler Breeders in Sadia and Cargill and Technical Services for Granja Planalto and has also held Technical and Sales Manager positions with Embrex Inc. in Brazil.
Dr. Chia-Chung (CC) Chen
Dr. Chen has over 10 years of Animal Health industry experience. In addition, he also has studied in the field of biological control with products applied for crops and animals. Dr. Chen served as Research Chemist in Agrochemical Division of DuPont Chemical Company in Wilmington, Delaware and in ICI, Americas in Richmond, California.
Dr. Fang Chi
Dr. Chi has nearly 15 years of Animal Nutrition industry experience. His working experience ranges from a start-up company to a Fortune 500 organization, with various functions including field technical services, product development, and sales and marketing responsibilities. Prior to joining Oil-Dri Corporation, Dr. Chi worked at Renessen LLC in Deerfield, Illinois, Monsanto Company in St Louis, Missouri, and APC Inc. in Ames, Iowa.
Dr. Ron Cravens
Dr. Cravens has over 20 years of Animal Health industry experience. His experience encompasses a wide range of functions and responsibilities from field technical services to executive level management. Cravens has served as President and CEO of Novartis Animal Vaccines, Inc in Overland Park, Kansas and held senior level marketing positions with Pfizer Animal Health and product development positions with Smithkline Beecham Animal Health in New York and Pennsylvania.
Ashraf Elsisi
Ashraf Elsisi has over 15 years of international sales and market development experience in the animal health business Industry in the Middle East, Northern Africa and Asia. Before joining the Amlan team, Ashraf was an international marketing consultant. He is a graduate of the University of Helwan where he received a B.A. in Business Administration.
Mr. Kevin Hayes
Kevin Hayes graduated in 1995 from Missouri Western State University with a B.S.B.A. in Marketing. For more than 16 years, Kevin has worked in the specialty chemical and animal health industries in progressively responsible sales, marketing, and global sales management positions. Before joining Amlan International, Kevin worked for such companies as Hillyard Incorporated, Synbiotics Corporation, and Boehringer Ingelheim.
Dr. LeAnn Johnston
Dr. LeAnn Johnston possesses nearly 10 years of Animal Nutrition industry experience. She has extensive research and formulation experience which includes research with all phases of swine as well as broilers and layers. Before joining the Oil-Dri team, Dr. Johnston worked for two Animal Nutrition companies in the Midwest United States and most recently she was a Research Scientist-Nutrition at the Prairie Swine Centre in Saskatoon, SK Canada. In addition, she is the first author on seven peer-reviewed articles and twenty-one technical reports and abstracts.
Dr. José Ignacio Linares
Dr. Linares has over 30 years of experience in the agribusiness industry in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. His experience includes activities and responsibilities in agribusiness management, consultancy and coaching. He served in PIC Mexico for 20 years as Production Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager and General Director. Prior to working for PIC, he was the Sales Manager at Agronet Software. He is a professor at Universidad Autonoma de Queretaro and Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico. He has delivered lectures in the most prestigious swine industry forums in Mexico, Guatemala, Panama, Costa Rica, Chile and Cuba and seminars and training courses for sales teams in Mexico, USA, Chile, Argentina, Spain and Switzerland.
Mrs. Margarita Santa
Mrs. Margarita Santa has more than 15 years of experience in developing new markets in the Animal Health Business Industry in Latin America and the Caribbean. She has achieved a network of more than 23 active distributors covering all regions.
Dr. Maximillian Kwang Hui Sim
Dr. Sim has 4 years experience working in Animal Health industry. His experience includes field technical services and market development of nutraceutical products in Asia. Dr. Sim has previously served as Regional Technical Sales Manager in mainland China and Taiwan with Meriden Animal Health Ltd. in Cranfield, United Kingdom, and as medical representative with AstraZeneca in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, specialized in respiratory, gastrointestinal and cardiovascular drugs.
Mr. Jeff Turner
Jeff Turner graduated in 1984 from Western Kentucky University with a B.S. degree in Agriculture/Animal Health. For 10 years he worked for Babson Bros. Co. (Surge Dairy Farm Equipment) in Naperville, Illinois. During these 10 years, Jeff visited over 4,000 dairy farms in 17 countries representing the company’s animal health and sanitation product lines.
